This choice represents a significant step forward in our governance strategy and management of risks related to potential wrongdoing.
Thanks to this initiative, we have distinguished ourselves in the business landscape by obtaining the prestigious Legality Rating, a recognition that attests to our transparency and integrity. In addition, we have finally been listed in important business directories, strengthening our reputation and confirming our commitment to legality:

Whistleblowing
Our company has implemented a reporting system in full compliance with Leg. 24/2023, thus complying with current whistleblowing regulations. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to ensuring a transparent and accountable work environment where anyone can report any irregularities or misconduct in a safe and confidential manner.
To manage this system effectively, we have chosen to use the DigitalPA platform, an advanced technology that enables us to collect and manage reports efficiently and securely. We invite our employees and collaborators to consult the general part of Model 231, in particular section 6.7, where they can find further details regarding the reporting procedures and protections in place for those who decide to make a report. This approach not only protects our staff, but also promotes proper conduct within the company.
